Report illegal content or appeal a decision
No CaminoGO account is needed. Email [email protected]. A person will review your notice.
Include the following
- Where to find the content: URL, post/comment ID, or location, time and a screenshot that lets us identify it. You may list several items.
- Why you believe it is illegal: explain the facts and the relevant country or law, if known. For a breach of our rules, explain which rule.
- Your name or organisation and reply email. Where the law permits anonymous notices concerning child sexual abuse offences, a name/email is not required; without an email we cannot reply.
- Good-faith statement: I believe the information and allegations in this notice are accurate and complete.
This opens your email app; review and send the message to submit your notice. You can also copy the address and write to us directly. Do not send unnecessary personal data or illegal imagery.
What happens next
We acknowledge receipt when you provide an email, ask for missing details if necessary, and notify you of the decision and available ways to challenge it without undue delay. We explain any use of automation.
If we restrict your content or account, we provide the content reference, facts, the applicable law or rule and why it applies, the action, scope, duration and any use of automation, unless a legal exception applies. We do not routinely disclose the reporter’s identity.
Appeal a decision
Reply to the decision email or email [email protected] with the decision reference, reasons for disagreement and any new evidence. A person will review it and reply with reasons. You may also contact the relevant Digital Services Coordinator or pursue judicial remedies; this process does not limit your legal rights.
